About the Designer

Ahmed Amer is a Beirut-based multidisciplinary artist and founder of the lifestyle brand amer, known for fusing minimalist aesthetics and organic illustration. Inspired by Beirut’s vibrant energy and layered history, his work balance tradition with modernity.

After studying Interior Architecture, he joined Creative Space Beirut, where he developed his design language and showcased his thesis collection in a live fashion show. His journey Project Runway, winning the Open My Med competition, receiving the Fashion Trust Arabia 2023 Ready-To-Wear Prize, as well as serving as Creative Director at Inaash, a social enterprise dedicated to preserving Palestinian embroidery heritage.

Amer’s gender-fluid collections stand out emotionally driven illustrations, often born from improvisation and intuitive expression. His designs are rooted in Lebanese heritage and storytelling, drawing from local folklore, architecture, and artisanal traditions.
