AMMANII was born from the desire to tell stories through a beautiful platform that would provoke a desire for seeking peace with oneself and others despite differences. There is a shared journey of hope and revived dreams translated through every design. The jewellery is meant to inspire a courageous vision of global sisterhood. Its narrative emphasise on its overlapping stories and a common desire fulfillment, purpose and the courage to live it all against all odds and circumstance.
About the Designer
Amany Shaker has spent most of her career as a mentor, counsellor, and a peace builder, empowering women and encouraging them to find the qualities that define their uniqueness and individuality. Integrating psychology, conflict Resolution and peace building with her global work experiences and cultural background has given her to have a clear vision for her career path. She worked with humanitarian organisations around the world, learning from individuals’ lives and treasure their uniqueness.
Her love for jewellery design came to life through the creation of modern jewellery pieces inspired by culture and history for the global woman. Each piece of jewellery serves as an ambassador retelling the story of its origin away from all political biases and bridging gaps often overlooked or misrepresented.
