About the Designer
Burc Akyol is a Franco-Turkish couturier who discovered his craft in childhood through his tailor father. After graduating from l’Institut Français de la Mode in Paris in 2007, he worked as a designerfor French Maisons, including Dior and Balenciaga before launching his label in 2019. Akyol won the prestigious Fashion Trust Arabia Prize in the Guest Country Category in 2022, was a finalist for the LVMH Prize in 2023 and won the Andam Pierre Bergé Prize winner in 2025.
