Dihyan

In Morocco, jewellery has long symbolised status, heritage, and artistry. Once prized for its weight and intricacy such as the gold mdamma (tradtional belt) given to brides, it later fell out of favour for being too heavy for daily wear.

Dihyan reimagines this legacy for contemporary women. Handcrafted by master artisans in Fes, its designs blend 24k gold-plated silver, semiprecious stones, and silk threads into pieces that are chic, accessible, and effortlessly wearable.

Inspired by the founder’s passion and heritage, Dihyan preserves Moroccan craftsmanship while transforming it into fashion statements that celebrate identity, elegance, and cultural pride on a global stage.

About the Designer

Born and raised in Morocco, Youssra moved to Paris in 2009 and later to New York to pursue her university studies. Captivated by Moroccan jewelry from a very young age, she first envisioned creating her own jewellery house during Paris Fashion Week in 2019, when vintage pieces from her private collection drew attention from designers. Passionate about the beauty of Moroccan craftsmanship, she saw in this project the perfect opportunity to celebrate her heritage and bring Moroccan artistry to the international stage.
