Dys-euphoria is an experimental jewellery brand that grows organically through culture, storytelling, and craftsmanship. It invites both designer and wearer to explore humanity through fashion. The name originates from two opposites: Euphoria and Dysphoria. Dys-euphoria represents a state of acceptance, where both extremes and the spectrum in-between as part of our wellbeing. It is a safe space where all emotions are accepted, individuality is celebrated and free from any societal pressures.
About the Designer
Born and raised in Cairo, Shereen Shawky is a visual artist with a lifelong passion for art, fashion, and design. Her background in architecture introduced her to a range of design disciplines and scales, shaping a multidisciplinary approach that defines her work. After graduating, she brought all her creative influences together to launch Dys-euphoria, a brand where storytelling, craftsmanship, and visual expression converge.
