Kazna Asker is a British-Yemeni fashion designer that has created a brand encompassing the values associated with community, activism and charity. The work combines Yemeni heritage with British upbringing, exploring the intergeneration perspectives on culture fusing Middle Eastern fabrics with streetwear. All pieces are designed and hand-sewn by herself creating one of one pieces. The brand also acts as a local platform that directly works with community groups and charities using fashion as a form of storytelling.


About the Designer
Born and raised in the north of England, her parents migrated from Yemen and settled amongst their community in Sheffield, UK. Kazna Asker graduated from Central Saint Martins, becoming the first designer to showcase a Hijabi collection at London Fashion Week. She won the Debut Talent prize at Fashion Trust Arabia and is currently part of BFC NEWGEN and has presented during London Fashion Week for three seasons.
