This workshop explores the role of storytelling as the foundation of the design process, offering participants tools to develop a narrative and translate it into a cohesive body of work. Through the development of concepts, visual research, and design lineups, participants will explore how individual ideas can come together to communicate a larger story, with each design contributing to a shared narrative.
Drawing on Salim Azzam’s approach to fashion and cultural storytelling, the workshop invites designers across disciplines to move beyond individual designs and consider how a collection of ideas, forms, and visual elements can create a meaningful conversation.
